Shipping Information
At Modern Pet Living, we know you're excited to receive your order, and we're committed to delivering it as quickly, safely, and reliably as possible. Every order is carefully processed through our trusted fulfillment partners to ensure your pet receives only quality products.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information (where available).
Please note that processing times are separate from shipping times.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- United States: 5–10 Business Days
- International Orders: 7–20 Business Days
While we strive to meet these delivery estimates, shipping times may vary depending on your location, customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, or periods of high demand.
Delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery destination and selected shipping method.
From time to time, Modern Pet Living may offer free shipping promotions. Any applicable offers will be clearly displayed during checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email containing your tracking details.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active after your order has been dispatched.
Multiple Shipments
To provide faster delivery, some orders may be fulfilled from multiple warehouses.
If your purchase contains multiple products, they may arrive in separate packages and on different dates. This is completely normal, and you will receive tracking information for each shipment whenever available.
Shipping Delays
Although we work with reliable fulfillment partners and shipping carriers, occasional delays can occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:
- Severe weather conditions
- Customs inspections
- Carrier disruptions
- High seasonal demand
- Public holidays
- Unexpected logistical issues
Modern Pet Living is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities, but we'll always do our best to assist if an issue arises.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase.
Modern Pet Living cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided during checkout.
If you notice an error shortly after placing your order, please contact us immediately. While we'll do our best to update your information before dispatch, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
We'll work directly with our shipping partners to investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund where applicable.
To help us resolve damaged deliveries quickly, we may request photographs of the product and packaging.
International Orders
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by your country's customs authority.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because we begin processing orders quickly, requests to modify or cancel an order must be made as soon as possible after purchase.
Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel or modify it.
